One of my colleagues forwarded me this fantastic slide deck from Eric Schmidt the Executive Chairman at Google.
I hardly ever post anything on LinkedIn but this one I just had to post. Clearly a lot of heart and brain went into these slides- they really caught me. And most of it isn’t just related to doing business by the way. It is just as much about who you want to be. “Your own personal culture” so to say.
I loved the slide that said: “Live according to your own slogans”
Companies need to decide who they want to be and then put their money where their mouth is. People should also take some time to think about who they really want to be. Where can they live up to their strengths and really thrive? It makes life so much more enjoyable.
