What are you grateful for today?

By titia.maas@web.de

What are you grateful for today?

My mom keeps sending me great stuff to take a look at. Today she passed on an article from Hay House. “Pioneer, Louise Hay, credits mirror-work for the success, love and abundance in her life today. She used it to overcome self-doubt, low self-esteem and self-defeating behaviors. She has said on many occasions that self-love is the great miracle cure for healing your life and living a life that truly reflects who you are.”

Hay House claims the key to Mirror work is to do it! And I love to try new things so I of course I did. I quite liked the 3rd exercise: Say to yourself in the mirror what you are grateful for today! It isn’t just an intellectual exercise. Try it. I did and I had a great laugh…LOL in real so to say. Very healthy. Need to do this more often!

Laughing about yourself is one thing – laughing with yourself is yet something else.
