Thinking a lot about leadership lately. How to be a good leader. To me leadership is either: Inspiration or Admiration
You either lead because you inspire, you are charismatic & people want to believe you
or
You are so good at a specific skill set that people admire you so much that they will work their butts off just to earn your recognition
But no matter how good a leader you are.
You never have power over the way people feel.
So what is the best way to find out how people feel? Not everyone is as much an “open book” (with a big mouth) like me…
