My heartbeat outpaces my brain

On a scale of 1-10 from 0 = 0 numb to 10 = 10 emotional overkill I guess I am at 11 :-)

I do hope it is just the jet lag and that I will go back to 9 again soon :-)

Planned for Thai massage tomorrow!
